Recent events or news related to my research tasks:
- Acceptance of several contributions in CDE’2023, hold in Valencia (Spain) in June; and an invited contribution to IEEE NANO’23, hold in Jeju (Korea, in July).
- Awarded with a one-year grant to develop a TRIGGER project, internal project from IMB-CNM, entitled “Manufacturing vertical Silicon nanowire devices to extend the performance of future circuits and systems (SiPi)”.
- Publication of journal paper in Semiconductor Science and Technology entitled “CMOS-compatible manufacturability of sub-15 nm Si/SiO2/Si nanopillars containing single Si nanodots for single electron transistor applications“.
- Participation in the IEEE Advanced School on “Naotechnology-based Computing” of the Nanotechnology council (IEEE NTC) in Heraklion (Greece), October 21-22th, 2022.
- Publication acceptance on Semiconductor Science and Technology journal a work entitled “CMOS compatible manufacturing of a hybrid SET-FET circuit”.
- Collaboration into the organization of the IEEE Nanotechnology 2022 to be held in Palma de Mallorca next July 4-8th.
- July 2021: started in a new collaboration into the Institute of Microelectronic of Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) in the framework of a new EU project NEST.
